Al reverso dice:”El Lic. Francisco León de la Barra, cuya impecable trayectoria como leal reaccionario: fue 1ro. Servidor incondicional del porfirismo, 2°. Presidente interino e instrumento de la reacción para acabar con la Revolución, 3ro. Director intelectual del cuartelazo contra Madero, y 4°., uno de los Ministros del Gabinete y director intelectual del Gobierno del usurpador. Aquí se le ve protestando ante el presidente Huerta como Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores”.
